POLICIES

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please allow at least 48 hours for all microblading and lash set appointments, and 24 hours or more for lash touch-ups. Failure to give appropriate notice, or no-showing a scheduled appointment will result in an automatic charge of the full rate.  If you choose to cancel an appointment where a deposit was collected, you will automatically forfeit your deposit and not be refunded.

Late Arrivals

Please call at first sign of arriving late, so accommodations can be made. For all microblading appointments arriving 15 minutes or more past the time scheduled, you may be asked to reschedule and forfeit deposit. For all lash appointments arriving late, the rate scheduled will be charged with the attempt to apply as many lashes as possible in time allotted.

Deposits

All microblading and lash set appointments require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.  When scheduling online it is due immediately, and when booking via phone or email, it must be paid within 24 hours to secure and confirm the appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.  If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.

Existing Brow Tattoos

If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a touch-up/cover-up, you must email a well lit, clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment. Results cannot be guaranteed for cases such as these and an analysis must made before the appointment is approved. In some cases tattoo removal will be recommended before we begin

Existing Lash Extensions

If you currently have on lash extensions from another lash artist and are interested in a touch-up, please email well lit, clear photos of the eyes opened and closed PRIOR to booking your appointment.  Due to commonly inexperienced technicians, improper applications can be damaging to the natural lashes and irritating to the eye, so a partial removal or full removal and reapplication of a new set may be recommended.

Must be 18 or older, no exceptions.
